Our designer Courtney initially chose pasta because presentation design for food products is something we rarely have the opportunity to explore. She was also drawn to the idea of blending tradition with a modern aesthetic. From the beginning, she envisioned using a hand-drawn style font and animating it so it appeared to be written on screen. Courtney wanted the overall design to feel simple, authentic, and handcrafted, reflecting the personality of a small artisan pasta company. She imagined the presentation as a pitch to a potential retail partner, showcasing the company's history, values, and success in the hopes of convincing them to carry the brand's pasta products.
