We connect with your speakers to collect files in advance. We use our file management system to send decks to their correct locations at the event venue or online for virtual events.
Quality checks
At the event, our team is available at our help desk. We cover final quality checks for broken animations and copyright violations, as well as any last minute design support your sessions need.
Post-show
If your post-event process includes uploading presentations online or creating an event archive, our team can reformat and relocate files after the event for these purposes.
