• Ability to create thumbnails, storyboarding, and information hierarchy on a whiteboard
• Ability to take a story, build an idea with structure, present creative concepts and final design
  for review, then execute
• Ability to brainstorm, present ideas, add a new perspective that has value
• Ability to learn about the client, their competition, understand what their challenges are
• Ability to turn concepts and information into visual explanations and info-graphics
• Ability to create visual metaphors for at a glance understanding
• Proof that you do not wait for things to happen but rather you are eager to be the first out of the gate
• Ability to command the room whether it is with members of your own team or your client’s
